Mask Making

We are a Welcoming & Affirming Congregation:

We welcome all persons into full participation in the life of the congregation regardless of age, gender identity, racial or ethnic background, sexual orientation, marriage status, or physical or mental condition.

Worship Each Sunday is live streamed beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Hello friends,

Grace and peace to you this beautiful morning. I hope you are well.

This Sunday is our final week of the Prophecies and Pottery series. The Scripture reading is from Jeremiah 32:1-3a, 6-15. It gives a message for hope in a restored future. Jeremiah and the people cannot see it yet, but that doesn't stop Jeremiah from taking action. This is a message for our time as well. No matter what is going on, we are called to prophecy and safeguard the dream of a better future. for all people.

Don't forget to send your recipes for the UMW cookbook by the 30th. Please email the recipe in the body of the message.

Our drive through food collection will take place this Sunday in the church parking lot. I am looking for two volunteers to collect the bags or boxes from peoples trunks and put them on the cart from 11:30 to 12:15. I am unable to do it this month due to a rescheduled Administrative Council meeting. Please let me know if you can do this. Masks are required.

We are still doing vital ministry in our community! Please don’t forget to continue with your pledges/offerings.

Ukiah United Methodist Church work, to support its members and our community, will not stop because of this public health challenge. This is a friendly reminder that UUMC uses Vanco eGiving tools, so you can continue to support our work using:

  1. send a text to 833-912-2388
  2. the Donate or Give Now buttons to the left
  3. the GivePlus Mobile App
  4. or via PayPal: email

Ukiah United Methodist Church is a strong community. We will weather this together, even if we’re not all in services. We appreciate your giving, and we do important work with members’ generosity. As we alter the way we operate, please consider making a gift via eGiving.

Pastor Michele and Debbie are not in the office but are in contact and working remotely checking for incoming Voice/E-mail.
