We are a Welcoming & Affirming Congregation:

We welcome all persons into full participation in the life of the congregation regardless of age, gender identity, racial or ethnic background, sexual orientation, marriage status, or physical or mental condition.

Worship Each Sunday is live streamed beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Hello friends,

I hope you are well and enjoying the blessings of Autumn. We are in week two of our series, A Wonder-Full Life. I have attached this week's reflection on living an "incarnational faith" and creating a "courageous vision" for your spiritual path. I hope you can take the time to use this resource.

If you do not have the ability to watch our Sunday service on Facebook Live, you can now listen by phone call. Josh will email a toll-free phone number for you to call in to hear the service. The email will be sent to you 10 minutes before the service begins. I'm so glad to be able to offer this new way to worship with us. You won't have access to the comment section by phone, so if you have prayer requests for that day, please email them to me ahead of time.

I have received photos from two people to include in our threshold moment on the 25th. Please take a minute to send me a couple of photos to include. The photos should be of something that makes you feel truly rich that money cannot buy. The more people we have participate, the better this will turn out. Remember, worship isn't something you sit back and experience. It is the work of the people. Participation is different right now, but finding new ways to participate is good for all of us. You can email or text them to me.

Are you looking for some yummy coffee, tea, and/cocoa? You can buy Fair Trade certified items from the church. We have Delicious Peace and Pony Express coffee from Thanksgiving coffee for $13 a bag, as well as chai tea for $5, baking cocoa for $7 and drinking cocoa for $7 from Equal Exchange. Call or email me with your order. All proceeds are currently supporting the church general funds.

If you are providing items for our online craft fair/gift market, please send photos of each item with a description and price to Jone by November 5th so they can be uploaded to our online store on time.

Links for worship, studies, and groups are below. Blessings to you, and I hope to see you through these online participation opportunities soon.

We are still doing vital ministry in our community! Please don’t forget to continue with your pledges/offerings.

Ukiah United Methodist Church work, to support its members and our community, will not stop because of this public health challenge. This is a friendly reminder that UUMC uses Vanco eGiving tools, so you can continue to support our work using:

  1. send a text to 833-912-2388
  2. the Donate or Give Now buttons to the left
  3. the GivePlus Mobile App
  4. or via PayPal: email

Ukiah United Methodist Church is a strong community. We will weather this together, even if we’re not all in services. We appreciate your giving, and we do important work with members’ generosity. As we alter the way we operate, please consider making a gift via eGiving.

Pastor Michele and Debbie are not in the office but are in contact and working remotely checking for incoming Voice/E-mail.
